Make Your Brand Mean More.

Old Roots. New Rules. पुरानी जड़ें। नए नियम।

Roaster Labs is a marketing agency for businesses that want to be understood, not just seen. Before we suggest a single post or ad, we get to know your business, your customers and what's really in the way.

Why the name

№ 01 What we believe

We understand your brand before we market it.

roast·er noun

  1. Someone who tells you the truth about your marketing: kindly, with evidence, and usually over chai.
  2. Someone who applies the right heat, for the right time, until something raw becomes something rich.

  • Questions before answers.

Most marketing starts with "what should we post?" We start with "why should anyone care?" The answer shapes everything that follows.

  • Culture is context, not decoration.

The same message lands differently at a Johari Bazaar counter, in a boardroom and in a family WhatsApp group. We write for the room your customers are actually in.

  • Honest numbers beat impressive ones.

We agree what success means for your business, measure that, and tell you plainly when something isn't working.

№ 02 Who we help

One agency. Three very different conversations.

We don't sort clients by age or size. We look at where your business is now and where it's trying to go, then change how we work to match.

For startups

Big idea? Let's make some noise.

But first, let's make sure people understand it. Positioning, identity and a launch that doesn't land in silence.

№ 05 Try it

Roast your own brand in 60 seconds.

Five honest questions. No email, no sign-up. Your answers stay in your browser unless you choose to send them to us.

A conversation starter, not a diagnosis.

  1. 1/5 Could a stranger explain what you do after one look at your Instagram or website?
  2. 2/5 Do you know which marketing brought in your last ten customers?
  3. 3/5 Does your brand look and sound the same everywhere it appears?
  4. 4/5 Can you say, in one sentence, why customers pick you over the shop next door?
  5. 5/5 Is it obvious what someone should do next after they find you online?

Answer all five to see your roast level.

№ 06 Work & proof

Real clients. Honest labels.

We'd rather show you less and have all of it be true. Full case studies are being prepared with each client's permission.

№ 08 Field notes

Things we keep noticing.

Note 01 · Briefs

"Make it viral" isn't a brief.

Virality is an outcome, not a strategy. A brief that says "make it viral" usually means nobody has decided what people should remember. Decide that first, and the content gets easier.

Note 02 · Festive season

A hundred logos, one diya.

Every festive season, feeds fill with the same greeting graphic, carrying different logos. If a post would work for any brand, it isn't working for yours.

Note 03 · Positioning

Your best marketing might be one sentence.

When your Instagram bio, your sales pitch and your shop signboard all describe you differently, customers pick the simplest description available. Usually, it's "the cheaper one".

№ 09 Questions

Things people ask before they message us.

Do you build websites or apps?

No. Roaster Labs is a marketing agency. For websites, apps and software we work with our technology partner, MOZKII Pvt. Ltd. (opens in a new tab). We handle the marketing side (messaging, structure, conversion strategy) and bring MOZKII in when development is needed.

Do you only work with businesses in Jaipur?

We're based in Jaipur and know it well, but most of our work happens on screens. We're happy to talk with businesses elsewhere in Rajasthan, across India and beyond.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need, which is exactly why we ask questions first. After an initial conversation we share a written proposal with the scope and pricing, so you know what you're paying for before anything starts.

Can you guarantee results?

No, and be careful of anyone who does. We can promise clear goals, honest reporting and a process that learns from what works.

Do you do everything in-house?

Most of the work is done by our own team. Some specialist work, such as larger video shoots, media relations or creator contracts, may involve trusted partners. We'll always tell you who is doing what.

Why WhatsApp instead of a contact form?

Because it's how most people here already talk to businesses. You'll see the message before it's sent, you can change it, and you'll reach a real person.
